Returns and Refunds Policy

We issue refunds only under the following conditions:

1. Refunds will only be issued within 7 days from the purchase date. All refund requests afterward will be considered invalid and the purchase will be deemed non-refundable.
2. We only offer a refund for your first purchase. This means that we can’t offer a refund for your second or any other purchase.
3. We do not offer refunds on investment opportunities. Please note that an increase in an investment to a higher amount is not reversible (this means that an investment can’t be decreased).

Useful information related to refunds:

• Once we process a refund, it will take up to 5-10 business days for the money to arrive back to your account (depending on the payment gateway and your source of payment).
• Customers who just changed their mind or can’t provide a reasonable explanation for the refund inquiry are not covered by the refund policy and will not be eligible for a refund.
• The company reserves the right to modify the refund and cancelation policy without notice. We’re also entitled to refuse offering our investments to any customer who breaches our terms.
